My name is Sonia Medeiros. I first learned about astrology when I was young and my mother showed me horoscopes in a newspaper. I was born with a watery (phlegmatic) temperament that makes me sensitive, easy-going (for the most part), and wanting to focus on matters that I am passionate about.

I became instantly fascinated with astrology and began reading whatever I could (“Hello Linda Goodman!”). Of course, the first stuff you run into is the modern type astrology stuff, such as your sun sign and recipe style interpretations. Overtime, this did not satiate my need for high accuracy, nor were my most pressing questions answered, so I dropped it. It took me many years to find a book titled The Real Astrology by John Frawley which turned my view of astrology upside-down.

Now, I focus on western style traditional techniques (“No asteroids, please!”) with older roots than modern style astrology developed by Alan Leo.  Here you will find my research and writing on western traditional astrology. You will also find my writing on other types of practices such as Tarot, techniques and methods of extrasensory perception, alternative healing methods, spirit communication, and whatever floats my boat.
